Our unit is equipped with high utility testing and measuring instruments for complete quality performance. Products undergo various physical, mechanical and metallurgical tests such as Tensile strength test, Hardness test, Proof load test, Wedge load etc. before despatch. To assure our high standards of quality we use various equipmentesting Machine. The processes required for maintenance of good quality involve use of Measuring Instruments such as Micrometers, Vernier Callipers, Pitch Micrometers, Dial Bore Gauge, Height Gauges, Ring Gauges, Slip Gauges, Radius Gauges and Thread Profile Gauge.
